In this original class you will learn boxing skills and techniques utilizing the heavy bags and mitts. This class is designed to burn those calories, melt that fat, build those muscles, and increase endurance, all while learning proper form and technique.

All levels of exercise enthusiasts are welcome!

**Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time to wrap your hands. Your own boxing gloves are recommended but not required (we have gloves for your use).
